The cows have been in the paddock around the house. Some are avid people watchers. Or maybe it's just me with whom they are fascinated. If they were human people watchers they would have a few lessons to learn about discretion.
Mind you, I think she did try not to be obvious about it but her body language gave her away.
A good people watcher learns how to do it without staring. That is just rude.
People watching is sometimes about details. I enjoy people watching but am not a details person. It took me a while to notice that there were two cows who were observing me every time I step outside.
Cows are very curious creatures.
ReplyDeleteHi Red, Yes they are. These two crossed the line between curious and nosey!!
DeleteCows are smart enough to people watch, but they don't have tact.
ReplyDeleteYou are right there, Messymimi.
DeleteThat is so funny...imagine what they would do with cameras. LOL
ReplyDeleteHa ha, Rose. I swear we have the same sense of humour.
DeleteI think cows have such funny personalities, my parents use to have some and they were quite friendly.
ReplyDeleteI think they have personalities, too, Amy. Some are quite shy, others just plain unsociable, others fearless and friendly. And a few are like these two and just plain nosey.
DeleteYou are very much a people person and an observer of people and your photography (and the way you get some of the photographs) is testament to that. You surprised me about not realising there were two cows because when I've been with you round the farm you knew exactly which cows had the important places in the herd.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Graham. I don't get around the farm as much as I used to and am not as familiar with the herd. These two were like a tag team, one was always there to look at me every time I stepped outside. I love having the cows around the house.
DeleteThat's a cow of a thing for them to do!
ReplyDeleteThat cow looks like my male cat, Remy...similar markings! :)
