Foggy morn
It's that time of year when I can imagine all sorts of mystical, magical things happening up in the forest.
The little people could be out dancing with the cows and we would never know.
Mornings are cool but not cold. Well, not inside my warm home. It could be different if I were the one to get up early to milk those cows.
Lovely foggy landscaped. The fog mutes and intensifies the colors.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard for me to get my head around the fact that you are approaching winter. Some nice fog to show things off.
ReplyDeleteI love those mystical, foggy mornings.
ReplyDeleteIt is easy to believe the little folk inhabit those woods.
ReplyDeleteWould love to wake up to watch the mystical magic mist and if possible lost within… refreshing morning and cool shots :)
ReplyDeleteReminds me of the Hinterlands.
ReplyDeleteI should've taken a photo when I went out to do some grocery shopping yesterday. Better still....I should charge my camera first, though!
ReplyDeleteDriving along Main Western Road, the ridge along the top of this plateau upon which I live, was just wonderful! Looking down to the valley below and across towards the west the whole area was covered in a downy blanket (more like a large, large white feather doona) of white cloud.
Not a piece of the ground below could be seen because of the snowy white cover.
A magnificent sight to behold.
A blue, blue sky above...clear up here on the mountain, but below in the valley and beyond it all was shrouded in white.
It was a glorious sight.
Looks very foggy up there, we've had a few similar mornings here but by lunchtime it's made way to skies.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful few photos to end my catch-up journey. Hopefully I'll be back in Blogland now so will be staying caught up (so to speak). It's been a lovely catch-up. Now I can get up and go out for breakfast of coffee and a bacon roll at a favourite little café.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love foggy shots! Anything is better in fog (or snow!)
ReplyDeletelovely foggy fotos.
