Shearing shed
I thought I could see pens inside this old shed and that makes me think this was once a shearing shed. I can't imagine that there was a natural "flow" for the sheep to enter the shed, unless there is a nice upward natural stock flow on the far side.
A whole world that is very different from mine but that has a rich history.

ReplyDeleteIf only some of these sheds could talk there would be some great stories.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of days when there were 75 million sheep in New Zealand and some how their foot print was not nearly as big as their replacement stock, dairy cows.
