FSO - Rainy

It pays to be prepared when there is rainy weather around:


Where I live we can sometimes see it coming:


And see it lifting, too:


Sometimes it leaves behind proof that it has been here:


I drove through rain, drizzly, not spectacular, from Auckland to Taranaki on Wednesday but didn't stop to take photos.  These photos are from home.

And on the topic of rain, guess what is predicted for Christmas Day here?

    Cutest little boy! I hope you don't get too much rain for Christmas. You must enjoy all that space you have to view the approaching weather. I just see houses.

    We'll probably have rain too, although it may be cold enough for a few hours on Boxing Day for a bit of snow - no promises, but I'm hoping!

    Well there is some snow here but rain in predicted for Christmas day.

    I love the hat! It looks like an old airman's hat with flying goggles. A tad overdressed for the temperatures of the last couple of days though! Frankly if it had rained here I'd have been inclined to wear less rather than more!
