FSO–Textures

For this week’s FSO topic – textures – we were encouraged to “think fabrics, exteriors of buildings, tree bark, there are many possibilities.”

Well, I got a bit of fabric into one of my shots, so that’s a start:
catpaw
feather
seed pods

I think this was a great topic and am disappointed I got sidetracked trying to find contrasting textures.

    Thanks for the comments, everyone.

    The last shot are some seed pods in the bottom of an old cup - can't even remember what they are but will throw them in the garden after winter and see what comes up. Also in the cup are a few bits of fishing tackle I picked up along a beach, a hook and connector.
