I was tidying up my photo files this morning and came across a few photos that made me stop and think. Where did they come from? I was sure if I’d taken them I would have remembered. When I looked further it became apparent. A few weeks ago my granddaughter had brought her father’s camera down to me to download a couple of photos she’d taken and I’d inadvertently downloaded everything on the camera. Her mother had taken the camera when she went of a horse trek recently.
The photos are so lovely, I can’t resist showing them.
Thanks, Heather.
This is the stuff that we see in movies, Pauline! Really beautiful. If I liked to ride horses I'd wish that I was there riding on the sand. I wouldn't mind walking that stretch of beach however!
ReplyDeleteVery atmospheric. Sometimes less is more and this is one of them.
ReplyDeletethat would be a nice peaceful time out with friends. wish I was there!
ReplyDeleteAs much as I have ridden in my life I have only rode on the beach once. It was with my Mother in Mexico and one of the very fond memories I have of time spent with her. The photos are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat glorious shots - and strangely reminiscent of the beach near to my house in Wales - see here

I sat and looked at them for ages trying to imagine myself back on a horse and cantering down the beach. Then I told myself just to be satisfied with the beauty of the scene in front of me. So I just sat and looked. Safer!
ReplyDeleteHello Pauline,
ReplyDeleteThese shots remind me of the camel rides on Broome Beach. Many years since I have ridden a horse.
Happy days.
These photos are lovely - thanks for sharing them!
