FSO - Happy Anniversary

Happy 4th Anniversary to FMTSO.  I hoped to make a special effort this week but it hasn't been the best week for me.  I've had no internet connection at home for days and yesterday I had minor surgery which has left me a little  worse for wear.
 
I'm now at my daughter's home in Auckland and just want to quickly say thank you, FMTSO for the fun I've had since I joined in June or July (can't remember which) 2009. Thanks to those who have encouraged me in my efforts to improve my photography and for the tutorials.
I appreciate that this forum has allowed me to share a little of what it is like to live in a rural community in New Zealand.

    It is because of your photos that I have fallen in love with New Zealand. Your photos and your commentary always make me feel happy.

    I also had some surgery earlier this week. I hope you are doing well.

    I have so enjoyed the 4 years of Green paddocks hills churches and grandies etc. Hope you are resting and recovering well.

    FMTSO is certainly broadening all of our horizons... Letting us get familiar with many places we'd never otherwise get to visit. Hope you recover speedily from your surgery.

    Week by week, I always look forward to your entry to see the beautiful New Zealand I once visited. Love their natural scenery so much. Being in a compact little island, there's no room for farm life or countryside, just more and more skyscrappers. FMTSO give me a chance to escape the town life I've lived all my life.
