FSO - Layers

A thickness of some homogeneous substance such as a stratum or a coating on a surface.  Uh huh!

And now I'm sharing with you one of my all time favourite photos of myself - what I call my Bag Lady look - freezing in a Canadian fall.  Yes, it wasn't even winter and it was difficult to find enough layers to keep me warm!  Hardly My Town, but me all the same.

I better get this posted before I chicken out and remove that one!  I look forward to seeing what layers the rest of the team has found here.

  7. Fantastic collection and great variety and...but, heck, the best one is of course the one of you in bag-lady layers. You look so happy. And Bagman adds that your fashion sense is perfect.

  8. Hi Pauline! As I periodically do I took a break from reading blogs and writing my own blog. Gads I wish I could stay consistent at SOMETHING! But, to come back to your wonderful photos is a joy. I love the picture of you too....you have such a warm smile.

  10. Great eye! Love your layers shoot out. The pastries made me hungry, and I am traveling in the car, in the middle of nowhere right now. I could use a good cup of coffee too.

  11. I like your Canadian photo but wonder where your gloves were? I need some now and i'm only downstairs in our computer room - time to go up and turn the heat up. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your family!

  12. Great layer shots! Where was the fourth one taken? The one with the rock behind the fence?

  13. Sheila, I couldn't work the camera with gloves, they seemed to be in my pocket more than on my hands. Until my fingers started to freeze, then I had to put the camera away.
Southwest Arkie, that rocky outcrop is at Turiwiri, not far from where I live as the crow flies but it's a hell drive!

As for your Bag Lady look, I have to point out that's pretty much my everyday winter look, thank-you-very-much. Except I also have mittens that leave the fingertips free, for photography!!!
