My elephants

Can you see who this lovely drawing is from. Jessica. Who is Jeccisa you may well ask. I haven't mentioned Jessica before. Jessica is my grand-daughter, Krystal's, friend. She called me Granny then asked Krystal was that OK, what should she call me? Krystal said, "That's OK, you can call her Granny. I don't mind."

Hey, excuse me, what about if I mind?

As it turns out, I don't mind at all. If I have accrued another grand-daughter, that is fine with me.

But, is it fine with Georgia?

Georgia watched thoughtfully as I happily thanked Jessica very much for her lovely drawing. Krystal and Jessica carried on their merry way doing whatever it is that 10 year old love to do.

Georgia got a sheet of paper and the colouring in pencils, propped Jessica's drawing up on the dining room table, and copied it as best she could. She added a few extra touches. The elephant blowing water from its trunk, it's two tone heart "because it is sad" and (let's be delicate here) something from the other end as well, look carefully at the colours and be amused!

Aren't children wonderful?

  4. Yes. Children can be amazingly wonderful - especially other people's children! You can give them back at the end of the day.
